Monash Health Work Experience 2023 Program
Monash Health Secondary School Work Experience Program provides students with an opportunity to gain an insight into the healthcare industry.
The program is offered to Secondary School students undertaking year 10, preparing them to enter the workforce. Students participating in the program are given the opportunity to spend one week only (five consecutive working days) within available departments to observe and participate in the daily activities of those departments.
Areas of Monash Health offering Work Experience program include:-
- Diabetes Education
- Digital Health Program Management Office
- Imaging Program
- Monash Lung and Sleep Allergy Immunology
- Nuclear Medicine
- Chemotherapy Day Unit
Please note we are unable to allocate students to work directly with doctors or surgeons and in areas such as: Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Critical Care and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Operating Theatres and Procedural Suites and other Mental Health Care Services.
