We are looking for a motivated, energetic, process loving, professional administrator to join our team.

Job Summary

As a Receptionist for Pro-Assist, you will be answering and making calls for multiple allied health practices.

This role is casual with view to permanent part-time. Shifts will be a minimum of 3 hours between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls and handle general enquiries and booking, rescheduling and cancelling appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and respond to referrals
  • Setting up new client profiles
  • Provide high quality customer service to clients and external stakeholders
  • Respect confidentiality and privacy of practitioners, directors, staff and clients at all times
  • Maintain a cooperative team environment by communicating openly and in a friendly manner, working efficiently and amicably with all members of the team
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Adopt and embrace company values and philosophy
  • Provide ad hoc support as needed

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Have a intermediate computer skills. We use a variety of applications (both desktop and cloud based) that you will need to navigate confidently with no supervision.
  • Have a dedicated space to take calls with no interruptions or background noise.
  • Have a strong internet connection. Your download speed should be at least 7mbps and upload 0.9mbps.
