Job Description – Works Administration Officer – September 2022
Applications are invited for an Administration Officer with great attention to detail to work from the Cummins office 48 hours per fortnight to assist in customer service and undertake general administration duties within the works department.
The successful applicant will be a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude. The ability to manage competing priorities with efficiency is essential to this role and previous administration experience working with Microsoft Office will be viewed favourably.
Salary and conditions of employment will be at Level 3 in accordance with the Council’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement.
The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills:
Demonstrated customer service skills
Proficiency utilising Microsoft Office and computer programs
The ability to manage competing priorities
A team player with the skills to remain motivated and on task when working alone
Previous experience in an office environment:
The ability to provide coverage to other roles within Council in a full-time capacity will be advantageous (Flexibility in the daily hours required to provide this coverage may be negotiable)
